Engaging Science is a teacher professional enrichment program designed to engage you in a fascinating journey of exploration and discovery to bring fresh ideas to your classroom. It is designed to help BC teachers implement the science curriculum in the new Integrated Resource Package (IRP). Our mandate is to deliver:

• Hands-on, teacher training workshops in every region of BC.
• Classroom learning resources, including activity playbooks, kits, videos and electronic media.

The core of our program is a set of innovative teacher training workshops designed to introduce fun activities and lesson ideas to K-7 teachers. The workshops are presented by staff of the three Engaging Science partners: the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre, Science World and the Vancouver Aquarium.
